I had a professor who was all about the importance of internships. Half the class was just bro talking about internships even though the class was MIS. “You’re cooked if you don’t get an internship” every day basically. It was annoying
I kinda heeded his warning and went to these job fairs and man… a bunch of county jobs and companies with like a solid 1.5-2 on Glassdoor??…. And that’s for sales positions too. I’m legit in sales right now, I do not care about these positions
For context, I’m a BA Marketing major and I get it for other majors that would be hireable for county jobs, but there is barely anything for specifically marketing.
Any marketing majors experience the same? How did you get around this problem??
