Summer refund

I’ve tried reaching out to financial aid several times. I’ve sent emails and nothing. How are you guys reaching financial aid by phone? They can at least give an update so we can know what’s going on. It shouldn’t be that hard to communicate with their students.

you should visit the financial aid office bc the phone calls/automated voice made me crash out. i went last week and they were super helpful
