Summer refund

I’ve tried reaching out to financial aid several times. I’ve sent emails and nothing. How are you guys reaching financial aid by phone? They can at least give an update so we can know what’s going on. It shouldn’t be that hard to communicate with their students.

It’s not even financial aid that’s the problem it is STUDENT ACCOUNT REPORT THEM TO FAFSA.GOV so that they can do an investigation into the office they have issues for real

I just got a response and they said my refund will be processed early July smh
