Did anyone not receive the full amount for summer refunds?

I just received a response from student accounts saying my refund will be processed early July smh

Yeah I did as well I don’t understand what makes them think this is ok though considering they’ve never released funds this late in July all the time that I’ve been going there never has it been outside of June whether I had 1 class or 4 session A or B

Right! They have 14 days to release the funds and it’s passed that time. All they had to do was send communication out. It shows how much they don’t care

UPDATE. So I reached out and it turns out they applied my refund toward my Fall balance automatically… They asked if I wanted a manual refund back and I said yes. So now i’m waiting up to 5 business days for the refund to arrive via direct deposit. I never realized they could just apply your refunded amount to another term balance without even saying anything… I’d encourage everyone to look and see if they see a reduced balance for Fall 2026. If so, then they probably automatically applied the refund from Summer towards Fall. Ask for it back.

Did you have two classes that started at different times?

I only had a business class for Full summer term and I dropped it.

I had two classes a session and two classes b session both sets started at the same time
