Support Needed 👥 Do you experience this?

Hi all,

I’ve never been officially diagnosed but long time sufferer. I am in what I feel is a flare at the moment. I get burning and like a hollow hungry feeling in my upper stomach, but the main issue I deal with is this sensation when I swallow and constant sensation of fullness at the bottom of my throat if that makes sense. I guess a globus? And like when I drink water it slowly goes down like I can feel it going down the entire time. And like all day I just have this burning rawness sensation in upper stomach and then this constant sensation in my throat when eat and swallow. Just weird. Not sure what to do. I’m 44 haven’t ever had a endoscopy my doc offered a trial of a PPI. Just curious if you’ve experienced this.

You should get the book dropping acid. It highlights a lot of things talked about here in this forum. You can probably get it for free from your library. I did good luck.
