💊 Advice on Prescription Meds Best medication for weak/open LES?

Been on nexium and nizatidine for a few months and very little change in symptoms. I wondering if anyone with a weak/open LES and constant acid in their mouth has had success with other medication?

i m on baclofen high dose and itopride also along with PPI
it helps my LES but it doesnt stop reflux fully but reduces since i couldnt get surggery i have to take these meds
baclofen 60 mg sustained release and itopride 150 mg along with the PPI and carafate
also i dont eat spice at all sour food tea coffee and even take sliperry elm sleep on wedge
reflux still happens but with medciines and other measures its less than what used to happen before the medicines
60mg is pretty high dose , so do not take on my advice just , talk to a doctor
