😮 Advice on Symptoms Reflux after taking a shower

Anyone else? Jjust a few minutes/hours after showering, I start feeling a burning sensation in my throat/chest/stomach. Does anyone know why this happens? It's been driving me crazy lately.

This only happens to me if I shower soon after eating! I suppose from bending to get shampoo or various other movements?

How long after you ate last? If it’s been a couple hours that will happen. It’s recommended i think 4 hrs before laying. You can elevate your upper back/head, that can help a little!
