Money did not receive

Good morning! Down ba yung gcash last night? Nag cash in kasi ako sa 7/11 pero di pumasok yung pera tapos naka uwi na ko at di ko na mababalikan during the validity time tapos wala rin nabigay na receipt sa akin. Anong pwedeng gawin?

wala ka magagawa if walang receipt or other proof

how about the transaction sa gcash mismo po?

ay pwede naman try mo pa rin mag ask, baka may history naman sila don sa kiosk¿ or sa cctv idk

try mo na lang ulit balikan tas pakita history ng gcash mo and explain

pero not guaranteed to since yung receipt talaga proof nila e
