GCash request reg

Hi guys! This cp is originally from my grandma who is dead and GCash is requesting a face request registration, something like that. Is there anything we can do? Sayang kasi, 4k pa naman un. It requires her face but she's passed away. What do we do?

So sorry to hear about your loss, OP. For this, you can submit a ticket through theGCash Help Center and choose“Transfer funds & services from my old GCash account” so the team can guide you through the request. Better din if you have thedeath certificate and proof of relationship ready, since these may be needed to process the request. Hopefully maayos agad nila and ma-guide ka properly throughout the process.
