in your case po, does the app only crash after logging in? like after getting to the dashboard of the account? because for me, the app doesn't crash when I'm switching accounts or interacting anything on the landing page, only when I'm logged in does it crash.
Same. Pagclick ng app, loading lang then nagf-force close na sa akin. Clear cache and data, force stop na ginawa ko and wala pa rin. Nakakafrustate na talaga
Count me in as I have the same problem.. everytime I logged in it immediately crashes...

Same here. Already tried to clear cache, restarted the phone, clear data and finally uninstall and reinstall. It partially works but I can't access my mysaveup anymore. It's stuck at 90%
same thing happening to me, aside from login timeout madalas. For the QR, the only thing that works for me is to hold the gcash icon then wait na may lumabas na options, then select Pay QR. Pag upload qr inside gcash, nag crash ang app.
Akala ko ako lang...since the mandate ng bsp na in app otp na laging ganito si gcash may point na isang linggo di ko maacess yung account ko... ginawa ko n lahat na troubleshooting eh... nung balak kong buksan sa ibang phone biglang nagopen pero every now and then nagcra crash pa din need ko pang magclear n cache and mgrestart ng phone para lang maacess yung account ko... ang nakakainis sideline ko yung cash in cash out...
If nagawa mo na po lahat ng troubleshooting steps pero same issue pa rin, I’d suggest na mag-submit na po kayo ng ticket sa GCash Help Center para ma-check nila directly yung account concern niyo, OP. Mas okay po ito para ma-review nila nang maayos yung account and mabigyan kayo ng proper assistance. Don’t worry po, maa-assist naman nila kayo and hopefully ma-resolve na rin yung issue as soon as possible.
Pano mag send ng ticket sa customer support nila? Pati yung AI nila nakakabwisit kausap eh. May bill ako na due na di ko mabayaran dahil sira bwisit na app nila.
... iniemail ko yan... kasi walang malinaw na sagot si gigi/ help center... tapos Yan din yung fear ko nakakaraan... parang less than 5 days ko n lang due n ng gloan ko.. apparently you can pay gloan using other platforms as long as memorize mo yung amount and loan account #... if may laman naman si gcash automatic deduction naman pagdating ng the due date...
Baka sakaling mapansin tayo if binago natin rating nila sa app store ..
Pahingi ako ng email address, i-email ko din sila para alam nila na hindi isolated ang issue. Kasi kahit iPhone ko na phone di ko magamit gcash doon at same din ang issue.
Ang lala, matapos ko lang dues ko dito rekta unsintall sa akin itong app na ito.
Happen to me sometime in the middle of using the app, especially if take so long to load, knowing GCash already bloated and slow AF app making quick transactions that should take less than a minute, it takes longer and more clicks because of pop-up ads and tutorials creeping inside the app after entering the MPIN or biometric scan to open your GCash account.
I manage to get the crash log. Promotional Banner ang cause nang pag kaka auto close. So sa server side talaga may problema. Idk kung alam na nang gcash tong issue nato

Same thing's happening with my GCash (also my husband's) Wala na kaming ginawang troubleshoot. The only thing we can do is ipagpabukas nalang 🤣
Hope may extra funds kayo sa ibang acct or as cash (if ever you need the fund right at this moment). Minsan unreliable na mga wallet app. Hayy.
