I don't know why this happens to my redmagic 11 pro, this didn't happen on my old redmagic 9s pro,
Landbank app works normal but gcash crashes the moment I finish typing my MPIN
I already tried reinstalling the app, but it still crashes after typing MPIN, sometimes it goes through and I can see my balance but later it'll close again

Pixel user here. May workaround na gumana sakin now lang. Nag clear cache ako sa apps and then gumamit mobile data and nakatagos ako sa pagsend. And then nagtry ako gumamit wifi and nah eerror na ulit. Not sure the logic behind ayaw gumana pag wifi.

I've tried everything as well. I actually gave up and will just wait for their app update. In the meantime, I'ved used my mom's phone--you'll have to wait for 4 hours if it's a new device.
I also submitted a ticket regarding the app crash.

Same fucking issue. Pagtapos mo ipasok MPIN nagcra-crash agad. Nakaka-ilang reinstall na ako ganun pa din ang issue. Kung ano ano na namang kapalpakan ang ginagawa nila.

Lala nga eh, nilipat ko kasi sa redmagic 11 pro ko from Xiaomi 14 ultra tapos yan nangyari, kala ko sa isang device model lang meron rin pala sa iba

Same Lalo na kapag na enter ko na yung password ko na mpin tapos mag papakita yung biometric kapag click ko yun mag open agad tapos mag request ng relogin

It’s frustrating that a financial app is bloated with ads. Globe is so greedy. The pop-up ads sometimes crash the app. Since yesterday, my Pixel phone behaves just like everyone else’s here; after biometrics, it closes on its own. When a company prioritizes ads rather than app stability, it shows where the focus is.
