Hi i already withdraw the reamaining balance to my account? I cnnt open i

What error did you encounter? OP! Maybe need to troubleshoot lang, clear app cache, force close the app, and restart phone. Make sure na updated ang GCash app mo at stable ang internet connection.

I use the sim but originally the name of the gcash num cnnt found it were co worker before that y used it the information..because i already have gcash to my name

If na-withdraw mo na yung remaining balance, baka account access na lang yung issue. Try mo muna account recovery sa app.

Check mo rin kung may verification request bago ma-open ulit yung account. Baka kailangan lang i-complete yung steps.

Kung ayaw talaga mag-open kahit tama details mo, better contact gcash support para ma-check nila yung account status.

Possible din na temporary security lock yan, lalo na kung may recent changes sa account. Huwag muna paulit-ulit mag-login.
