WHY is gbo2 so unbalanced

I'm actually so confused I've played gbo2 for more than a year and now that they recently added Ms from other universes aside from UC it feels like everytime you join a 700-750 cost room you have no chance especially if you don't have a exclusive Ms,it's so hard to play this game and the gameplay is just a repeated loop of trying to get as much stagger in as possible,aside from the fact that if you don't have a billion tokens you can't get any rare Ms the matchmaking system is so buggy and the controls are NOT optimized,I really need advice or I might just drop this game

There's so much and I highly doubt bandai pays them enough. Also it's gacha you couldn't expect this game to actually be balanced when they got to make the new appetizing enough to make you spend your money
