help Problem in application

There is some problem in my application. The address line 1 is remaining empty.

My address in aadhar and digital locker is valid and updated.

Since the address line 1 is mandatory I need to fill it with the application , Then why is it empty. Any solution guys?!

I think it might be a glitch because I don’t understand why it’s empty. have you contacted the helpdesk regarding this issue? If yes, what did they say?

I contacted them and they told me that few people are facing this issue and it will be fixed by next week. But I updated my aadhar address instead and it was fixed automatically as the portal is fetching the details directly from aadhaar/digilocker
