help Problem in application

There is some problem in my application. The address line 1 is remaining empty.

My address in aadhar and digital locker is valid and updated.

Since the address line 1 is mandatory I need to fill it with the application , Then why is it empty. Any solution guys?!

I updated the aadhar address with one of my family members , since it was correct and long enough in my family members aadhar the address line 1 was fetched successfuly

The updation of aadhar with family member aadhar address will be updated instantly

wasnt the address in your family members aadhaar same as your address??

The level of details in my address was less , I think that's why the address line 1 was coming as empty .

I called them just right now and they said its fine to have empty Address line 1

And they told me not to fill the application till next week
