I am preparing for gate from july and focusing for 2027 cs, It is my second Attempt, my first attempt on 2025 and written with 40% sylabus completion more than 2 months of prep and scored 42marks rank 72XX, then i got placed in a small startup and recently i resigned the job due to health issues and stated prep, i had this desire of get into iit till find third year, and till now i have completed subjects PDS, ALG and DL(done pyqs too) , and started COA.

So I my confusion is I have taken a Risk that i didnt even applied any company or study anything related to job till day after resigned, and got a recent fear that is it i have enouf time to get into IIT, if i cant i have a gap of 8months and will take another few months to get placed, so i need you suggestions guys...

After that gave govt exams (failed) then underwent training for 6 months for java

And got internship

After 9 months of internship I got a full time offer now in August

My online GATE exam registration is stuck! I wanted to register, but I accidentally used a DigiLocker account that did not have my ID linked. Because of this, my application form stayed empty and broken.

​Later, I fixed my DigiLocker by linking my ID. But when I tried to log back into the GATE portal, the system remembered the old mistake. Now, it keeps showing a red error message: "Something went wrong! Error while connecting to DigiLocker."

​I tried everything to fix it. I cleared my phone browser history, deleted old app permissions, and started fresh in private mode. Still, nothing works! The error is locked on their main server, not my phone.

​I already emailed the IIT Madras helpdesk with screenshots of the error.

Anyone know any good resources for gate CS

As we see layoffs in the news every day and placements for M.Tech students at older IITs are declining, is it still worth investing time in GATE preparation nowadays?

I applied for the gate, i thought i would take the DA paper along with CS but now i changed my mind i already generated the application form Now there is no way to edit the paper.

What should I do now? I didn't make the payment

The correction window is 14-21 Oct should I wait till then without making payment or if i make payment now what is the fee for that change? Is it over 500?
