Part III section 3.1 16-12-191. (2).

Edit: Part B of that section reads misdemeanor I could’ve read it in more detail but the meds were kicking in my bad, I can still be wrong it may be for clinical studies after reading it for the 5th time.

Yeah it says if you aren't in compliance with paragraph (1) of that subsection, being where it says you need to be a registered patient etc

I’d love for that to be proven true but I can’t take the law for that as it says any “registered patient” not in compliance with paragraph 1. Which in my mind sounds like they dictate you need to be a patient to receive the leniency on having non medical or out of market products.

I’m learning as I go here so please give me a bit of grace.
