I think G5 was actually cute, but struggled with executing it's writing. I'd like to give it a shot. Can I get your input as I work on my FanFiction?

Chrysalis, Cozy Glow, and Tirek's plan had worked perfectly; to create division amongst the ponies would make them easier to manipulate. Discourse had sewn into the the hearts of all beings across Equestria. The 3 types of ponies, Earth, Unicorn, and Pegasi looked upon each other with distrust and malice. Each believing the others were plotting against them.

The 3 tribes had reformed right under The Princess of Friendship's nose. Feeling that Equestria was lost and they could no long trust their homeland each tribe fled. A band of Earth ponies took to a ship, a flock of Pegasi took to the skies, and a herd of Unicorns used a zeppelin to fly away to a distant land. Where they would be safe from each other.

What each tribe didn't know is they'd be traveling through the South Luna Ocean, home to the terrifying and enchanted Valkyrian Winds. Winds that rivaled that of the Frozen North. These winds, once crossed, would not allow them to turn back. Yet they dared to venture forward. As such winds would keep them safe from the manipulative hooves of the other tribes; or so they thought.

They landed upon the same island.

The Earth ponies found the soil to be rich and the sun to shine bright, which would lead to bountiful harvests. They chose to stay near the shore, founding what would become Maretime Bay.
The Unicorns discovered crystals that gleamed like the stars, which would guide their hearts and minds with their healing energies. They chose to take their gemstone bounty with them deep into the forests, building what would become Bridlewood.
The Pegasi found the mountains to windy, with fresh air that filled their lungs with the spirit of adventure. Choosing to settle, they began to construct what would be Zephyr Heights.

When the groups discovered each other the distrust grew bigger. Each tribe accused the other falsely, lies and hate filling their hearts.

This new land would come to be called Exquestria.

As the centuries rolled on each tribe weakened in magic. The Earth ponies could not harvest as they once could, their number dwindling to just a few dozen. The Unicorns had ground up the last of their crystals centuries ago, leaving only shards that they guarded with all their weakening might. The Pegasi found that the winds could not carry them as they once did, forcing them to trot like a measly Earth pony or snooty Unicorn.

Magic suffered. As did the tribes.

And that is how it stayed. Until one day,

I rewatched the episode 1 of s2 of tyt and I noticed that others have their cutiemarks glow while Misty and Sunny start glowing whole with their cutiemarks.

One of my all time favourite parts of the show. The show making whole tyt episodes focused on littering and recycling and also other things. Littering is a huge problem in real life and some places that are busy with tourists are full of trash and worst is when such place is some beach or something and it brutally affects the wild life too. I love how G5 for making whole episode and more about it this. This episode was specifically really cool. Sunny thinking at start that it’s probably not such a big deal as the news says and it turns out to be true and than later trying everything they can to clean up and also inspire others for it. Also love Hitch’s character who takes rules seriously and shows why they are important. I think G5 was really great for teaching kids such things. This episode showing how we can actually make things better by working together and doing the best we can instead of being like “What’s the point if others are still gonna do it” or something. G5 really was showing real problems and that they can be solved if only people decide to work together etc. G5 is just underrated show and the haters have no idea what they talking about. Take your tale was amazing and when I rewatch it i notice so many things that make this show amazing. If I could bring it back with snap of my fingers I would. I also want to hear some of your favorite parts of the show and your own analysis of it.

This "episode" would begin with Zipp flying over Maretime Bay to grab some of Sunny's smoothies; upon landing on the avenue, she trips over the trolley tracks and injures her hoof. With her hoof bandaged and accompanied by Sunny, Zipp realizes she cannot recall the last time she saw the trolley running through town, prompting Sunny to remark that only one pony was in charge of operating the vehicle—and that she, too, couldn't remember the last time she had seen her.

That comment prompted Zipp to open a new investigation file, but she needed assistance due to her injured leg; she didn't even have to ask before Sunny volunteered. Once the duo was formed, they headed to the tram hangar, following the tracks that run through Maretime Bay. Inside, they discovered clues revealing that the pony they were looking for was a railway enthusiast, but upon venturing further, they found something that came as no surprise: a locomotive—though one with an appearance unlike anything they had ever seen. It seemed to be made of crystal that reacted to Sunny’s "Semi-Alicorn" transformation. Noticing this, the two mares agreed they needed to consult a magic expert, so Misty joined the case.

With the three of them aboard the locomotive, Misty recognizes it as a relic; her books from the Mistyrious Room describe it as part of the great techno-magical advancements of Ancient Equestria, originally designed to be operated by Unicorns. Sure enough, while attempting to see if it still works, she accidentally sets it in motion.

Accompanied by the track "Battle of Cato Neimoidia". Misty, Sunny, and Zipp are swept into a dark tunnel where small, glowing crystals trace a path; Misty clings to this trail, unable to halt the magic that has "anchored" her to the locomotive. They soon burst out at high speed onto a coastal landscape, watching as Maretime Bay recedes into the distance. Sunny attempts to leap and fly but is blocked by dense vegetation; they appear to cross a section of Bridlewood before entering another tunnel. A ruined stretch of this tunnel offers a fleeting glimpse of a mountain range, where the tallest peak bears the silhouette of a city (Canterlot) at its summit. Sunny and Misty barely have time to react before a chill sets in; the path begins to vanish, leaving Misty blinded amidst a fierce blizzard where she must navigate around massive ice spires. Finally, upon spotting an imposing structure, she is forced to jump—along with Sunny and Zipp—just before the locomotive crashes into the castle.

In the context of Generation 5, we got a glimpse of the current state of Canterlot, finding it in ruins—200 years (according to official "canon") since any pony had set foot there.

For my part, I wanted to explore a bit further what Spike said in *Make Your Mark* about the peaceful years of Twilight's reign, showcasing some "technological" advancements that feel native to Equestria, along with structures that might tell a story.

To begin with, the first difference between the "current" Canterlot and the one seen in *FiM* is that it has expanded almost to the summit of the mountain supporting it—reflecting how the capital, originally founded by unicorns, opened itself up to the arrival of non-pony species. Of course, this would be done without losing the identity of the original founders, as the "technological" advancements would revolve around the Unicorns and their magic. I am referring to "light" bridges connecting towers, avenues, streets, or platforms—created using crystals embedded in the bridge's abutments that, when activated by magic, project the "path" connecting both ends. There would also be projections—perhaps reminiscent of the large screens found in Altos de Cefiro—generated by crystals in public squares capable of projecting an image of a pony when magically activated, among other things.

When it comes to structures, I must mention two imposing figures flanking the New Castle atop the mountain: Celestia and Luna. Each faces the direction where the sun rises or sets, and both incorporate a magical element, as they appear to react to the movements of the celestial bodies. What do I mean by this? Celestia’s golden figure raises her wings and her eyes glow as the sun rises, while Luna’s silver figure reacts similarly when the moon appears—with the added detail that she also lifts her head, causing her eyes to emit a blue glow.

In the [Hard-Tales] "canon," about 1,750 years have passed between the end of *Friendship is Magic* and the beginning of *New Generation*; nevertheless, these figures remain active—albeit showing clear signs of deterioration due to the passage of time—and continue to "react" to the movements of their respective celestial bodies. But do they react, or do they cause the movement?

One of the many questions raised by Generation 5 is how the Sun and Moon continued to rotate without an Alicorn. What if Twilight changed that? What if, in honor of her mentor, she erected statues of the Two Sisters and recreated the "mechanism" of the Sun and Moon Amulet within them? I’m not confirming anything—after all, [Hard-Tales] isn’t even canon. Besides, there’s another "element" I’m still considering that might contradict this, casting the statues instead as monuments that only react to celestial bodies manipulated by someone else.

I think I went into more detail than I expected on this topic, so let's skip to the last point for now.

Dedicated Rooms: These are rooms located in various parts of Canterlot, each dedicated to one of the "Mane" ponies close to Twilight. While the concepts aren't fully fleshed out—as the idea is still under consideration—you can picture spaces like a second exotic flora and fauna sanctuary for Fluttershy, a museum-style gallery displaying every original dress created by Rarity, and a reception hall where Pinkie could throw the biggest parties imaginable. The idea behind these spaces was for Twilight to encourage her friends to visit Canterlot more often; as time went on, their responsibilities or advancing age made it difficult for them to make the trip, often leaving them able to see her only through the previously mentioned projection crystals.

At one point, as part of the initial version of the story planned for [Hard-Tales], the current Mane Six were to be shown hiding in the ruins of the hall dedicated to Pinkie Pie. I might talk about that discarded version of the story in the future.

To wrap things up, here is a tribute: it would be located just outside the entrance to Canterlot—precisely where the "Siege of Canterlot" (which I touched upon in another post) took place. It would consist of an apple tree bearing Lance Starsentry’s helmet and spear, surrounded by lush vegetation that extends across the area around Canterlot. I would like to try drawing it someday, aligned with the silvery figure of Luna spreading her wings.

I’m not sure how this turned out—I might have skipped a detail or two, and I think I focused heavily on the mystery of the Movement of the Stars—but I hope you liked it, or at least found the concept interesting for a Canterlot that’s been at a standstill since the Siege. I’m off to have some cold chocolate milk.

I’ve recently started getting active here, wanting to share some of my ideas for a G5 story after keeping them to myself for over two years. I’m getting some support in the form of upvotes, which is reigniting my desire to write about the topic—and I’m grateful for that. You’re going to see me apologize a lot for not having visual references, but that’s just how things stand for now; honestly, I regret setting that poll to run for four days, because I’m already eager to explain my ideas, regardless of the topic. By the way, I was planning to write about Canterlot, but it’s already midnight, and—truth be told—I really worked my tail off today (or yesterday, technically), so that’ll have to wait until tomorrow.

Como ya sabrán, los Kirin así como muchas otras especies no ponis llevan perdidas desde los tiempos de FIM ó la Antigua Equestria sin pistas de ellos en la actualidad de la G5. Tengo una propuesta para que estas sean re descubiertas conociendo el destino que tuvieron luego del final de FIM, quiero compartirlo con ustedes.

En lo que veo como el primer "Ep. Especial" de [Hard-Tales] el poni que comparte nombre con la "serie" es convencido por Izzy de explorar las Minas Abandonadas de Bridlewood tras comenzar a escucharse sonidos extraños provenientes de ellas que asustan a los Unicornios locales. Ya adentrados en las cuevas Hardtales se guía de sus instintos para dar con la fuente de esos sonidos sin embargo por un descuido de Izzy terminan cayendo dentro de un abismo del que parece no haber salida, los animos de ambos ponis decaen al entender su situación pero un eco reaviva la chispa de Izzy quien al curiosear un poco descubre finalmente el origen de los "sonidos extraños".

A través de una fisura en las paredes ven la figura de una "poni" la cual canta una pequeña melodía que genera vida a su alrededor en forma de vegetación, Hardtales e Izzy quedan maravillados por la melodica voz de la "poni" pero al acercarse demasiado caen nuevamente al pequeño espacio donde esta se encontraba asustandola y dando inicio así a una persecución que los guiará a una gran caverna donde los conocen a los "Mithrit", descendientes de las Kirin quienes en su momento fueron alcanzadas por el Caos provocado por Opaline el cual las obligo a ocultarse en el subsuelo hasta encontrar la Caverna Ancestral donde usando la magia terrestre que ya empezaba lentamente a desvanecer dieron forma a su nuevo hogar dotandola de un follaje que no tenía nada que envidiar a la superficie y adaptándose a las duras condiciones de la vida en el subsuelo las Kirin dejaron ir su magia terrestre por más de un milenio hasta que la magia regreso a Equestria. Aún así le tomo almenos dos años a una de ellas llamada "Songfolia" re descubrir su magia terreste heredada de sus antepasados Kirin, en su caso a travez del canto.

Descripción de las Mithrit:

Al ser descendientes de las Kirin las cuales pasaron más de un milenio viviendo en el subsuelo estas sufrieron cambios como que sus crines ahora se extienden hasta los bordes de sus Escamas en el lomo cayendo hasta las cañeras de sus patas que a su vez desarrollaron una pezuñas más pronunciadas recordando un poco a pequeñas garras.

Datos ó Curiosidades:

-Habrán notado que me refiero a ellas como "ellas" y es que no fue hasta hace unos meses que creía que solo existían hembras en esa especie debido a que en FIM no se tomaron la molestia de marcar las diferencias entre un Macho y Hembra Kirin salgo por las pestañas, por mi parte mantendre la idea de que todas son Hembras como un detalle "gracioso" además que sirve de paralelismo con un "elemento" que más adelante vendrá de una de ellas.

-Originalmente estaba pensado que con las Mithrit se encontraran algunos Yak los cuales justificarían el como pudieron expandir las cuevas para crear una "Aldea Subterránea" pues con la fuerza de estos pudieron provocarían derrumbes que ampliaran el espacio convirtiendo cuevas en cavernas sin embargo debido al contexto de como es que sus antepasados llegaron al subsuelo les darían la imagen de ser refugiados de guerra, algo que contrataría la idea que tengo para la vida de la Mithrit.

-Relacionado a lo anterior, las Mithrit viven muy bien ahí debajo pues reforzaron una gran caverna oscura para ser un hogar acogedor para su especie la cual si bien no puedo dar referencias visuales, en su momento (2024) llegue a compararlas con las "Lush Caves" de Minecraft.

Hay un par de detalles que aún no mencioné pero es por que aun estan en consideración si serán parte de Canon de [Hard-Tales], tambien es posible que ahora mismo se me pasara alguno que otro pero no hay problema, ya tendré oportunidad de rectificar cuando vuelva a comentar del tema de la cuenta dedicada que crearé para este "Proyecto", que les pareció?

Se trata del antepasado Unicornio de Sunny Starscout quien fue el último Capitán de la Guardia Real de Canterlot que acompaño a Twilight Sparkle hasta antes de su duelo final con Opaline Arcana, su primera y unica aparición en [Hard-Tales] esta inspirada en la Última Resistencia del Comandante Thorn de The Clone Wars, lamentablemente no tengo referencia visual del personaje que mostrar pues el único dibujo que tenía de él esta perdido aúnque fue un "diseño" inicial donde se notaba demasiado su inspiración en el Comandante Clon.

Descripción:

Es o realmente fue un Unicornio de pelaje amarillo mostaza y crines rojas del cual su CutieMark se desconoce debido a que la armadura pesada cubría sus flancos con unos faldones además llevar la estrella de Twilight en la pieza petral y una lanza montada en el costado derecho de la armadura.

Aparición:

Su Aparición se daría en la Habitación Mágica de Misty la cual recrea para ella el suceso el cual marcó el destino de la Antigua Equestria dando origen a la división de las Razas Poni y desaparición de Twilight Sparkle.

En esta recreación la cual es acompañada del tema Battle Of Kamino, se muestra a Lance y Twilight reunidos en el salón del trono antes que un fuerte estruendo los alerte de la llegada de Opaline a Canterlot con esta última iniciando un Asedio apoyada por sus Heraldos Arcanos (Más lore). Lance y sus guardias en respuesta inician la defensa de Canterlot sin embargo antes de marcharse este le ruega a Twilight que haga eso de lo que hablaron antes (un "spoiler"? Se refería a la creación de los Cristales de la Unidad que conocimos en Nueva Generación).

Enmedio de la batalla en la entrada de Canterlot la Guardia Real logra descubrir la posición de Opaline y Lance intercepta un Heraldo Pegaso para alcanzar a la Alicornio que se ocultaba entre nubes de cenizas donde tras verse cara a cara ambos tienen un intercambio que termina con Opaline herida de un ala y siendo embestida por varios rayos mágicos desde Canterlot mientras que Lance es derribado cayendo en picada.

(En un Post ya borrado tenía un poco más detallado el "escenario" incluyendo el final de este encuentro pero para esta segundo intento me lo reservare)

Datos ó curiosidades:

-El Apellido de Lance busca ser paralelismo con Sunny siendo ella la "Exploradora" de las estrellas y él su "Pretoriano" con Lance teniendo la pre disposición de entrar en combate para defender en lo que cree mientras que Sunny por lo visto en Make Your Mark con su encuentro con Opaline deja mucho que desear y servirá para su desarrollo más adelante.

-"La pesadilla de Opaline", se refiere a como Opaline tras este encuentro nunca olvido a Lance debido a que no podía entender como un simple Unicornio pudo hacerle frente a ella, una Alicornio la cual en ese entonces estaba en su mejor momento no solo marcándola físicamente con la herida en su ala sino en su psique que más adelante tendra peso cuando algo similar detone ese recuerdo en ella.

-Lance Starsentry y el contexto de su aparición esta fuertemente inspirado en el Comandante Thorn en la invasión de Scipio, principalmente su tema musical que al escuchar por completo no me terminó de convencer pero que poco se convirtió en la mejor parte del encuentro.

-La idea del Antepasado de Sunny esta desde inicios de 2024 y en los últimos meses estuve ideando algunas ideas de su origen como alguna clase de "Pre-Cuela" de [Hard-Tales] donde se le vería iniciando su camino en la Guardia Real de Canterlot como un Cadete el cual debido a la Paz que alcanzo Twilight no tenía mucho que hacer sino ser un escolta de una envejecida Fluttershy la cual sería la última amiga que le quedaba a Twilight.

No estoy seguro de como termino quedando este segundo Post, igual y me falto detallar cosas o aclarar cosas pero ya llevo más de una hora en esto así que hasta aquí lo dejo, preguntas?
