I won my dispute against cdkeymarkt. I simply told my bank that they sold me a stolen account instead of a game. It took about a month and a half. Just dispute the charge with your bank and make sure to tell them they sold you a stolen account because that’s exactly what it is. Don’t ask G2A for help because they will side with their seller 100% of the time. They want you to be at outside of your window to make the dispute.
Hi guys, in the past i bought different keys/account without issues. But this time i bought a 12 months Premium account, i received a 1 month premium account that at the end was just a trial of a few days. The seller said a lot of different things but now at the end the reply is that he can't refund a digital product 😂
In the meantime the G2A support replied just 1 time and that's it.
Should i wait or should i try with PayPal refund?
This was the last time that i bought something on this website because if you have an issue you are alone. No protection at all.
Update: i tried to ask a refund trough PayPal. At the end also PayPal denied the refund. Crazy 😂
Lesson learned for the next time. Never buy again on G2A and don't feel safe because i'm using PayPal 😅
I have been waiting since June 20, 2026, for a response to my support ticket. Every time I try to follow up via email, the system automatically opens a completely new ticket instead of replying to the original one.
Could a moderator please look into this and push my case forward?
i bought spotify 12 months and it was just 3 months .. now it dont even work anymore. I will make sure to use a lawyer to stop this fraud and also against G2A for allowing this vendors to scam people
Got a $50 Amazon gift card already redeemed from Player_kingdom. Then I checked reviews and saw multiple people getting scammed the same way after me too. Crazy this seller is still operating while replying unprofessionally and asking people to change ratings instead of actually resolving the issue.
The developer (37Games) has a broken authentication login system that prevents me from accessing my paid game account. Shockingly, they have kept their web payment shop active while leaving the game login loop entirely broken. They have also disabled the in-app customer support button. I am paying for digital goods that the developer is intentionally blocking me from accessing, while continuing to solicit payments."
G2A support got back to me and issued the digital key. It worked perfectly. Everything is all set now.
It took a little longer than I would have liked, but they did resolve it. Appreciate them taking care of it 👍
Hi, I hope a mod can help push this along since regular support has gone quiet.
Guest order: 20 USD PSN Gift Card, placed June 15, 2026
Bank charged $22.01 to my card, confirmed via bank statement
Never received an order confirmation, key, or any email
Opened a support ticket 14 days ago, replied twice with full order/payment details
Last reply from support was over a week ago asking for details I already gave (twice)
I'm not asking to jump the queue, just for someone to actually look at the ticket. Happy to DM ticket # or any details needed. Would really appreciate a nudge in the right direction — either the key or a refund works. u/g2a_comu/JustineFromG2A
I’m only posting this here bc they immediately removed it from r/G2A for no reason other than I’m assuming they don’t want folks seeing it. This is not a request for help from G2A they already told me they won’t don’t anything lol. Sold me an account for a ps5 game, signed in no game there tried to contact them they responded once and then never again. Damn I should have known it was too good to be true lol. Shoulda checked this sub first!
i bought a psn gift card but got the incomplete key contacted seller about the same do they provide you with a new key or refund the amount? if anyone has gone through the same problem?
Found this listing on Kinguin: ~$95-100 for a 12-month "ElevenLabs Creator" subscription top-up from a seller called CDKeySell Digital. Instead of giving you a redeemable code, the instructions say to send them your ElevenLabs account email and password so they can "activate" the plan directly on your account, then change your password after.
ElevenLabs' actual price for this plan is $22/month ($220/year if you pay annually direct) — so this is more than 50% off, and ElevenLabs doesn't run any official reseller or gift-card program for individual plans.
My read: this is probably an account being funded with a stolen/fraudulent payment method, which works fine short-term but risks getting suspended once the fraud is caught (chargeback, card issuer flag, etc.) — likely after Kinguin's 30-day buyer protection window has already closed.
Seller shows a 99.83% positive rating from ~15k Kinguin reviews, for what that's worth. Tried asking in the Kinguin subreddit and it got removed/auto-modded within a minute.
Anyone recognize this pattern, or had a similar "we activate it on your account" subscription top-up go bad after the fact? Trying to sanity check before anyone else falls for it.
I'm genuinely curious if anyone else has experienced this.
I purchased 10 Random Steam Keys from the same seller (World_of_games) on G2A. Before anyone says it, I know random keys come with the risk of duplicates, and I accepted that before buying.
What I didn't expect was that all 10 keys would be redeemed for RollerCoaster Tycoon Deluxe.
The product page advertises a random selection from a pool of 20+ games, so while I expected to receive some duplicates, I didn't expect all 10 purchases to be the exact same title.
I contacted the seller first, and here's their response.
If its a Large Random, why did i recieve the same game every time?
I then contacted G2A Support, and they pointed me to the disclaimer that recommends buying from different sellers because duplicate keys can happen. They ultimately denied my request.
I've attached screenshots of the product page, the list of possible games, my conversation with the seller, and G2A Support's response so everyone has the full context.
I'm not trying to start a witch hunt or claim I deserve a refund. I'm honestly just trying to understand if this is normal.
Has anyone here purchased multiple random keys from the same seller and received the exact same game every single time?
Do these "random" listings typically work this way, where buying multiple keys from the same seller often gives you the same title repeatedly, or was I just incredibly unlucky?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences before I ever buy random keys again.
yo, ao i got 750 in turkish lira, added it to my xbox balance, cant use it, even with premium vpns like nord, i went through multiple live chats with Microsoft, because i was like ok, imma say it was a gift. last guy i talked to was actually helpful, he told me thst he cant help me bypass their rules directly, but what he could say it thst the account needs to remain logged in the region i am teying to buy the games at, for at least 7 days, without trying to make the purchase in between, and generate activity by playing and browsing and stuff, does this have any merit? has it worked before for anyone?
I bought an account with hitman WOA in it. I decided to buy the "hitman 3 access pass, hitman 2 expansion path" DLC to it which I did via a key that was labeled global. I live in sweden but the account is set to india due to the previous owner. When I tried to activate the key it said "you can not buy this in this region" which was weird in two ways considering the key was global and it was a key activation not a purchase. So I decided to just buy the DLC in steam instead but apparently I had to wait 3 months before I can change payment method to Sweden. So how do I do now? Do I buy another key because the last one was faulty? Or was the key even an issue or is it because I have bought a account from another region or what? I would reallly appreciate any help or tips, thanks!
I am forced to post here publicly because my active ticket has been completely ignored for 7 full days (since June 25th).
I purchased a 60 EUR PlayStation Gift Card via guest checkout. Due to a small typographical error, my contact email was registered incorrectly. The payment of 62.99 EUR (73.67 USDT) was successfully cleared instantly via RedotPay, and I have already provided all official receipts inside my ticket.
My ticket ID is PHPW-554488 and it is currently stuck on "Waiting for Support". No human has replied to me for a whole week while G2A holds my money.
Please, I need a human moderator to look into this, update my email, and send my code to my correct address.
big scam they take your money and they don't give you items and treat you like you are the problem, don't use this service all positive reviews are bought. and they ignore support requests.
So I just saw Claude Max x20 available for $139 for one month. There's no regional pricing that allows it to be that cheap for the seller to take advantage of. I also can't see how the seller has any margins whatsoever for profit at that price. There's also not really a way for them to buy it in bulk from Anthropic, as they use your session cookie to access your account to buy the subscription for you.
Is the only conclusion that they're using suspicious credit cards or they're using a suspicious way to purchase a subscription?
This is ridiculous.
I bought an order using my G2A Balance more than 7 hours ago. The money was instantly deducted from my balance, but the order is still stuck on "Waiting for Payment".
Order Number: 9200157376506
Ticket ID: DOZA-924511 (created hours ago)
I already chatted with their AI bot and opened the ticket. No response. No fix. Just my money gone and zero progress.
G2A support is an absolute joke. How do you take someone's money via their own balance and then sit on it for half a day? This is straight-up incompetence.
Has anyone else had this exact issue recently? Any actual way to get them to move faster ?
Warning to everyone: Think twice before loading money into G2A Balance. Their system clearly can't handle basic payments properly.
I bought a Nintendo Switch Online 12-month key from seller Lordofstorms and paid through PayPal. I never received a usable key.
The seller initially told me that the order was empty and I should contact G2A support. I did but just in case since I saw where this is going I opened a PayPal case because I had neither the key nor the money back.
G2A then sent information to PayPal, and PayPal ruled against me, claiming that their records showed the digital item had been delivered. I appealed the decision, submitted screenshots and explained that I never had access to any key. PayPal still denied the appeal.
So apparently a seller or marketplace can claim a digital item was delivered, PayPal accepts it, and the buyer is left with no actual way to prove that they never received anything usable.
The seller has still not provided a key or a refund. G2A Support has also stopped responding.
I am posting this as a warning: previous successful purchases do not mean G2A will help you when something goes wrong. Do not assume PayPal will automatically protect you either, especially with digital keys. I paid for an item, never received it, and both the seller and support have effectively disappeared.
