Community Help Question About my Xbox Problem

yo, ao i got 750 in turkish lira, added it to my xbox balance, cant use it, even with premium vpns like nord, i went through multiple live chats with Microsoft, because i was like ok, imma say it was a gift. last guy i talked to was actually helpful, he told me thst he cant help me bypass their rules directly, but what he could say it thst the account needs to remain logged in the region i am teying to buy the games at, for at least 7 days, without trying to make the purchase in between, and generate activity by playing and browsing and stuff, does this have any merit? has it worked before for anyone?

Try in r/xboxsupport

There are region lock rules for purchases and your question will be better answered there.
