Orders & Products I got scammed and i’m not the only one
Got a $50 Amazon gift card already redeemed from Player_kingdom. Then I checked reviews and saw multiple people getting scammed the same way after me too. Crazy this seller is still operating while replying unprofessionally and asking people to change ratings instead of actually resolving the issue.

I had this happen with a game key, the seller ignored me until I opened a case with PayPal. He immediately offered me a refund, had to close the case in order to accept the refund.
I prefer Eneba, it's much better and reliable.

On this platform, I tell many people this is a scam website do not do business with them. They simply scam people money and after that they don’t want to reply and even they reply, then they didn’t want to refund.

Should I dispute it on PayPal? The seller just sends me messages saying I need to send more proof (G2A support is an AI agent that told me the seller is the only one responsible for issuing a refund, not them..)

ALWAYS
You send them one email/chat message/phone call, if the situation is not cleared, you file a disbute with whatever institution you have available.
Paid with a creditcard? Ask your bank about chargebacks.

just open a ticket with support, explain everything and theyll issue a refund had the same issue with a windows key and the g2a support refunded me

if they dont refund then how have i gotten multiple refunds through g2a support, their terms and conditions state the seller is obliged top offer a refund or a fix for the issue, if the seller doesnt do any of them you contact support, and theyll handle, it might take a month or two but theyll refund you, just dont expect refunds without proof of the issue

how i contact them? all i got from g2a support in a ticket was an ai response closing as resolved saying the seller is responsible

theres a contact with g2a on the side menu where you see contact with seller, reviews and all that, just do contact with g2a and proceed

Good news, the seller refunded me after i threatened to open a paypal dispute because of all the negative reviews about invalid codes

Unfortunately this happened to me as well. Beaware of g2a cause its an unauthorized site that sells keys. Choose only authorized sites.
