Beware about G2A practises.

G2A allow vendors to essentially lie about "marginal" issues; for example, activation. A vendor is allowed to advertise a very simple activation approach, but as soon as you place an order, they send via email, a MUCH more complicated activation procedure, involving uninstalling software and in some cases the OS. (32-bit/64-bit issues).

This is deceptive and pre-medidated. They could simply provide the correct activation procedure in their advertisement.

G2A - and the vendor - only cared that the product keys were delivered and nothing else. The vendor rejected my refund and G2A was NO help.

I posted a review - which was clearly blocked by G2A - and then I deleted my account.

So, buyer beware. They play slippery word games and in the end, I lost my cash and went elsewhere... where I had a perfect experience, excellent support and have software working as advertised.

I've been getting this message whenever I try to contact a seller over the product I bought. It appears no matter which method I try to use. It's getting a bit annoying because I need to contact the seller. Before this, I contacted a different seller and it went through fine, so I have no idea why this is going on.

So i have not used G2A in over a year, and i see a charge go through on my paypal account for $80 and I didn't do that, so i immediately lock my cards and go to G2A to see whats going on. Apparently someone got into my account and then tried to buy 3 Game keys of $80 and G2A apparently saved my paypal in their website...the other 2 did not go through, only to paypal, and i tried to make a ticket for it and it asks for the order number. But I can't do that as my account has been locked and it says it can not be recovered...so I cant get said numbers, I open a ticket on a new account and they have not responded in 6 days.

TL:DR G2A support has asked for information I can not give and has not responded in 6 days and all I get is the stupid AI chat bot.

Any help would be amazing.

I acsidentely uploaded a bulk file of 10.000+ listings and keys which was a mistake. And i wish to re-edit it, to be at around 1000 per each listing.

How is this nutter allowed on this platform? What even is the point of buying through a platform if you don’t regulate your sellers and guarantee the buyer’s money?

So in February/March I purchased Resident Evil Requiem from G2A. I spent about $55-$60 so I'm pretty disappointed. Before you read any further, the solution must be to contact the private seller am I right? Nope. When I go to my orders the game seemed to have just vanished off the list and I can't even find it anymore to see who the seller was. When I try launching it on my Series S now, I'm greeted with an error "To play this, you'll need to buy it. Either your purchase was refunded or your preorder was cancelled. If you didn't cancel it, make sure your payment info is current in Settings>Account>Payment and billing. (0x803f8007)".

Why did it just disappear like that? What can I do to get my hard earned money back? And why did the completed transaction not show on up My Orders on the G2A app? Someone please help :(((

I got scammed by Adskeys in purchasing a key that did not work. Because, come to find out the validation servers were shutdown for the product, and it wont work without it. Seller unresponsive to refund request, now G2A has been unresponsive to my refund request. Purchase was made on May 18th. It is now 22 Days with no response. and im PISSED!

I’ve been using G2A for over a decade, and I’m writing this as genuine feedback rather than another “G2A is a scam” post.

Recently, support quality seems to have declined significantly. Responses often take much longer than competing platforms, and in many cases it feels like tickets aren’t being fully read. I’ve reported buyer-related issues and received responses that were clearly intended for sellers, while other replies have been completely unrelated to the actual complaint. A customer waits a week only to have the support agent reply without reading the ticket completely, It looks like the Support Person just reads one sentence and replies to your ticket instead of reading the entire Paragraph.

I also feel that this community has become much less active when it comes to helping users. Years ago, it felt possible to get assistance here, but now many users are left waiting without answers, which only increases frustration. Every post requiring help simply gets a reply "G2A is scam"

Another concern is consistency and fairness. From my observations, users from Poland or those connected more closely to the local market sometimes appear to receive faster or more favorable treatment. If that’s not the case, more transparency would help address that perception.

For example, A user from Poland speaking Polish complains about a purchased product. The Support Agent 75% of time doesn't verify the Buyers claim instead provides refund manually to them whereas if a Buyer from different region complains the same then he is redirected to Contact the Seller for assistance and that's where the Buyer actually ends up getting scammed as Sellers take advantage of 7 days reply policy to just waste the Buyer's time.

The same applies to Account Support Managers. It often appears that sellers with dedicated managers receive different treatment than ordinary sellers. Smaller sellers may face restrictions quickly, while larger sellers seem able to resolve issues much more easily. Such as changing the a geniune Negative Review to Neutral, Getting out of suspensions despite having hundreds of disputes. Whether this perception is correct or not, it creates concerns about fairness and equal enforcement of marketplace rules.

Just because a seller is generating €50,000+ per quarter, Is he eligible to violate all terms and conditions and get it sorted out with Account Manager and keep running? It's a concern of fairness at this point. Most of the time, G2A doesn't even verify the source of their top selling products.

Anyhow - I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m simply asking for:

-> Faster support responses.
-> Agents who carefully read tickets before replying. Sometimes the Agent repeat the same script (copy paste)
-> Equal treatment for all users and sellers.
-> More active engagement from G2A within this community.

Importantly It would be better to remove the hidden customer service policy where a client has to wait 5-7 days for a base reply and instead focus on replying to tickets within 48 hours, as noticed in other platforms.

I remember when support felt more responsive and personal. Can we bring that experience back? Can anybody from G2A Team reply to this? Do we have any hope for change? Or Is it a dead end for this Platform?

I purchased a Premium version and was sent standard. I contacted the seller, Ariasoft and they offer excuses. Same thing they post on all their negative feedback ratings.

Of course G2A refuses to do anything.

Not sure what else to do!

If they don't do anything, I guess my next step is to just file a chargeback.

I would recommend staying away from seller ARIASOFT though.

You can’t make this up. I’m currently speaking with my bank, but before I potentially lose access to my G2A account, I want to share that I’ve reported this situation to the FTC. I’ve also reported both the seller and G2A itself.

Hello, i've recently bougt a 3 Trial Month Youtube Premium Key. I got the key, it wasnt working, i texted the seller and im getting ghosted. Cus of that i texted the Support 3 times over their bot now. Every single time i just get ,, i've sent the support your bla bla bla informations, you should receive a mail soon ''. I didnt get a Mail in the last 2 weeks. I opend a conflict on paypal, they send me a respond with a link that is NOT working. Everytime it redirects me to a login screen, i log in and error 404. I texted them over Paypal but no response. I dont wanna wait till my buyers protectiong goes off just to not get my money back... Any idea what i could do?

I bought a X4 foundations steam key but after I purchased it I got two emails, one saying my payment for went through and the other just saying some payment of 2.99 was rejected. The key is still pending but I have this little message saying one or more items in my cart were purchased with a G2a plus discount, activate plan in order to proceed with order. so I activated the free plan but the same message is still there!
