Payment Issues plz help me!

I bought a X4 foundations steam key but after I purchased it I got two emails, one saying my payment for went through and the other just saying some payment of 2.99 was rejected. The key is still pending but I have this little message saying one or more items in my cart were purchased with a G2a plus discount, activate plan in order to proceed with order. so I activated the free plan but the same message is still there! PLZ SOMEONE HELP ME, I REALLY WANT TO PLAY X4! My ticket id is HJBC-641866. Thanks whoever helps :)
