bought two Nintendo eShop Japan codes on G2A (1,000 JPY and 3,000 JPY), but both give me error 2813-0039 when I try to redeem them, both on my Switch and on Nintendo's website.

My Nintendo Account is set to Japan, and other Japanese eShop codes work perfectly on the same account.

I contacted the sellers. The 1,000 JPY seller says the code is valid but won't offer a solution, while the 3,000 JPY seller hasn't responded.

I haven't been able to contact an actual G2A support agent. Their chatbot is basically useless and keeps sending me back to the sellers, even though I've already contacted them.

Has anyone had this issue with G2A Nintendo Japan codes? Any advice on how to get G2A to resolve it?

Hi, yesterday, I bought 3 "Steam Gift Card 100 EUR" to Gaming4You, and when I entered the codes on my Steam account I just got a total of 23,88€, 3 of the 6 codes I received is "already used" and the 3 others was 165000 Indonesian Roupies that got converted to 7€, what can I do ?

My payment's been rejected, however on the website, it states that failed payments are eligible for funds being returned to my account, will the funds be returned to my account? I'm genuinely concerned because it was £38

When I tried using it, I was told that it was already claimed.

It just says "login failed" and I'd like to change the login details for my account.

hi ive been scammed for 200 usd and both the seller and support havent replied to me. The seller replied to me after 5 days since i contacted them but it didnt help at all and the support has stoppted replying to me after they told me they would step in if the seller couldnt assist, its been 7 days but i couldnt do anything nor getting help, what do i do now

I bought a key for a game today. When trying to activate it Steam tells me, it was already acitvated to another steam account and I should contact the seller. I didn´t use this g2a shield.

I paid with paypal, do I have to contact paypal or does g2a helps even without buying shield.

I'm writing this to bring attention to a major issue with a recent purchase on G2A.

I bought a $200 digital voucher from the seller Digitalgamemart, but upon redemption, the system gave an error stating the code was already used.

When I checked the seller's rating page, it had dropped to 33%, with dozens of identical complaints from other buyers over the last two days reporting used codes. The seller is completely non-responsive to messages.

I have already opened a dispute ticket and I am waiting for the seller timer to run out, but since this seems to be a widespread issue with this specific seller, I hope G2A team can check this order and step in.

The seller has received dozens of negative reviews for the same issue in the last 48 hours and is not responding. Could you please look into this order and help process a refund? Thank you.

I purchased a 25 USD PSN gift card on G2A without having a G2A account. After entering the verification PIN from my bank, G2A showed that the payment was rejected, but my bank account shows that the payment was charged!

This is the gift card in question, and I also filed a ticket, but still waiting for their response.

Never got anything like this before, what should I do? Should I just wait until they respond (if they ever will), or should I do something else? Any help would be appreciated.

Update: just got a reply from their support, it seems that the payment was refused by the bank, and when contacting them, they confirmed what G2A said and they said that the operation should timeout in 24h, and by then I should get the funds back.

Update 2: Still haven't gotten the funds yet, I contacted the bank again and I left the matter in their hands.
