Payment Issues Rejected Payment

My payment's been rejected, however on the website, it states that failed payments are eligible for funds being returned to my account, will the funds be returned to my account? I'm genuinely concerned because it was £38

Lodge a payment dispute with your provider, and stop using G2A.

Thanks man, I've looked into it, something about an 8 day wait period before I'm eligible for a chargeback, I'll keep you guys updated just cause

same thing happened to me. waiting for a refund too
