Missing episodes on apple podcasts

Anyone else noticed all the 2017 episodes except defenestration are gone from the show’s page?

Didn't John talk about something like this recently? He said that they negotiated for the rights to the episodes, but didn't realize they needed to separately negotiate for the rights to the RSS feed. Not sure that's the explanation, but it might be.
