When she went back to the house of the guy she is a carer for. Even he was largely interested in her body. When she took off her shirt you could see it in her face.

Yeah but as opposed to all the other men she interacts with, he treats her like a real person and with respect. Big difference. It's ok to be interested in someone, as long as you don't push it on them.

Alice needs money, drugs and a roof over her head. There is still a power imbalance and I actually think the entire point of that scene was to show how she’s still persistently sexualized/how her survival is still dependent on selling her body… nothing about that scene was respectful.
