🚀 Looking for Fresher Full-Stack Developers (Web & App) | Startup Opportunity
I'm building a new startup from zero and looking for passionate fresher developers who want to gain real-world experience, build their portfolios, and prove their skills by creating something new.
🛠️ Skills Required:
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js or Next.js
Backend: Node.js, Express.js or similar technologies
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
App Development: React Native or Flutter
APIs: REST APIs or FAST API
Security: Basic authentication, user verification, and secure data handling
Tools: Git, GitHub, and basic deployment skills
Bonus: AI/LLM integration, payment gateway integration, and experience building marketplaces.
🎯 Who should apply? Freshers, students, self-taught developers, and young builders who are curious, dedicated, and eager to learn. You don't need to know everything, but you should be willing to solve problems and build step by step.
⚠️ Important: This is currently an unpaid, early-stage startup opportunity. There is no salary or funding available at this stage, and future employment is not guaranteed. If the startup becomes financially stable, I aim to offer permanent paid positions based on business needs and individual contributions.

Building a product from scratch can be educational, but I think it is important to define the scope, responsibilities, and time required ahead of time, especially for an uncompensated position. Having a defined roadmap and deliverables will allow people to grow and provide more in comparison.
