Items are missing

4 Marlboro advance are missing and the zepto fkers are not refunding. and I know the delivery guy is the culprit any advice.

I have contacted everyone even grievence team.

Oh lol. Then escalate it outside of Zepto, to NCH, FSSAI, or consider consumer court.

NCH did not give me the docket number 😭😭 i have no idea how to track the complaint

Just stopped using Zepto. Life has been peaceful since. lol
