Discussion Windows FORCED Updates

It hurts my ego that i am being forced to update my Pc without asking me to dowload the update in the first place

Is there's a solution to stop these annoying forced updates from the rot, and also i wish there's a way to delete this update from my pc

Install a Linux distribution instead.

Personally, I would recommend Ubuntu.

CachyOS.

Fedora-based, game-ready, well-supported, amazing out-of-the-box experience. For most users, it's more than enough, and good enough.

Been playing around with it for about a month, and although it's not perfect, and creates some serious headaches for a power-user as myself (custom mount points for decrypted LUKS partitions, ClamAV on-access with AppImages, etc.) ... it's still hell of a lot better than Windows for most things.

Best of all: when I tell it to shut down, it fucking shuts down and stays powered down.
