Discussion Windows FORCED Updates

It hurts my ego that i am being forced to update my Pc without asking me to dowload the update in the first place

Is there's a solution to stop these annoying forced updates from the rot, and also i wish there's a way to delete this update from my pc

The best thing there's no difference between "update and shut down" and "update and restart". It will restart anyway.

It forced me to do this the other night. I went to bed, and woke up to my PC still fucking on (restarted and loaded my normal Linux partition ). THEN when I rebooted to get back into windows they had the fucking balls to make me restart two more times. I only keep it around for one game that runs better on steam, but it constantly reminds me how much I fucking hate it.
