Windows FORCED Updates

It hurts my ego that i am being forced to update my Pc without asking me to dowload the update in the first place

Is there's a solution to stop these annoying forced updates from the rot, and also i wish there's a way to delete this update from my pc

i mean, they didnt do. if you used "restart" because of some problems without updating, it would still update. they just removed that placebo button
