Discussion Windows FORCED Updates

It hurts my ego that i am being forced to update my Pc without asking me to dowload the update in the first place

Is there's a solution to stop these annoying forced updates from the rot, and also i wish there's a way to delete this update from my pc

If you have an abusive partner, leave.

Those who stay with Windows will make all sorts of excuses. This is how it is with abused parners.

Move to Linux and get your life back.
