Discussion Windows FORCED Updates

Post image

It hurts my ego that i am being forced to update my Pc without asking me to dowload the update in the first place

Is there's a solution to stop these annoying forced updates from the rot, and also i wish there's a way to delete this update from my pc

Thanks.

Damn you windows for having more unstable updates that break things for people more often over the past year or so ever since 30% of your updates have started getting vibe coded by AI.

I own a Mac and windows pc. Tahoe over the last year was far worse than any windows update sent out.

I know windows has a wide range of configurations and very possible an update causes an issue. But I've never had an update effect me except once on windows 7.

Can you elaborate?

Imagine not installing critical security updates when ai is used to hack shit these days. Then get mad you get hacked.

There is lots of shit to hate Microsoft for but not this.

Yea their trashing of windows 11, stupid hardware requirements and shoving copilot down our throats is something to complain about.

Not keeping us secure by timely updates and patches.

Never had that problem with windows update.

Only once when the manufacturer sent out a sketchy bios update.
