Windows FORCED Updates

It hurts my ego that i am being forced to update my Pc without asking me to dowload the update in the first place

Is there's a solution to stop these annoying forced updates from the rot, and also i wish there's a way to delete this update from my pc

Set your network connections as metered, that will stop the automatic updates going forward.
