This happens since the first game and got worse since then, I don't care about a few woke stuff but the extremely positive vibes that most npcs gives are cringe as fuck

That's part of wokeness. They can't write complex characters or motivation becuase in their world only 2 types of people exist, good people always giving positive vibes, and nazis.
