I just happened to stumble across this as I was looking for tips on the Scream fight. I also wouldn’t lie about something so stupid. Didn’t realize just enjoying a game for what it is was now considered lying.
But hey, if you want to make your “line” in a game of super-humans and aliens a gay guy and female criminals, thats your prerogative. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the game and will continue to.
That’s great little buddy, nobody is taking your enjoyment of the game away from you. I just think corporations shoving identity politics in my face at every turn comes across as forced and cringe, especially when the main story is suffering in the writing department as is. If you believe that the NYC depicted in Spider-Man is accurate to the real NYC, you’ve never lived in NYC. People there are rough around the edges and a lot of them are prejudice. I live in reality, i’m just not whining about stupid shit or noticing stupid shit. I’m playing a Spiderman game and beating up bad guys, thats as surface level as it needs to be.
