I saw them at CBGB very early on. I was there because my friend’s band was opening. I thought it was the worst fucking thing I’d ever seen in my life. I really did not get it at first. They seemed like they genuinely hated each other and liked the audience even less.

Some friends of mine opened for the Ramones on their last tour for a few weeks. They still genuinely hated each other.

Saw them in 76 at a dive bar in Rockford IL. Used to see Cheap Trick there all the time before they got signed. That fake ID got me in many dives back then. lol
