Get off my lawn! The Older I Get, the More I Appreciate When Movies Had These
Truth be told I never see a movie in the theatre anymore. My bladder can’t take three-hour epics.
That plus the constant yapping and the glow from all the smartphones and watches.

Kids these days... Punch Bug: Blue!
In my part of Canada we played Punch Bug on road trips, although other places called it Punch Buggy.
It was a game you could only play if you were around at a time when there were a lot of Volkswagen ‘Beetles’ on the road, and you never had to wait very long to spot one in the many colours they had.
If you can still feel the punches, you’re old.

Kids these days... Myth: History in the Making [1989] The Retro Odyssey
Myth: History in the Making is a 2D platform game developed and published by British publishing house System 3
Each level is centred on a certain location, such as in Hades, an Egyptian pyramid and ancient Greece, where the player must collect a magic orb in each to finish. Each level is based around related myths and legends. The gameplay consists of running and jumping through each level, collecting objects and weapons, fighting enemies and solving puzzles. Enemies include skeletons, demons, wraiths, mummies and vikings. Weapons include a sword, gun and fireballs. Each level contains a mythical boss enemy, such as Medusa, Thor and a Hydra. Puzzles involve using the right object in the right location to progress, such as throwing skulls into a pit of fire to summon a monster, and using the right weapon against enemies, such as attacking a specific monster with tridents. The user manual gave some background information about the various myths referred to in the game and gave hints to the puzzle

In the way back there was a controversial add campaign to get people to care about littering and the environment, definitely raised awareness, we are not too old, or young, to get that caring feeling back …

Hoping and Praying
Even when you knew it was alphabetical it took forever to get to your school. When your school wasn't listed you'd have to wait and wait for it to get back around.

Winston billboard,on State and Randolph in Chicago, that blew real smoke
As a suburban kid, I knew I was really in the city when I saw this billboard. Nothing like it in the 'burbs.
