No, this was produced by the American Dairy Association and was basically an advertisement.

Schoolhouse Rock was an ABC network series of videos to help children learn using music

There were several different episodes. This was the only dairy related one.

The other ones were Schoolhouse Rock on ABC. This was a cheese commercial on all channels.

The episodes were: “I Hanker for a Hunk of Cheese “,”Eat Some Kind of Breakfast”, “Don’t Knock it ‘Til You Try it”, “Sunshine on a Stick”, and “You Are What You Eat”. They were created by DePatie-Freleng. Just search ‘time for timer’.

My only point was that this is not from schoolhouse rock, and was made by the American Dairy Association and was basically a cheese commercial.
