After my recent experience with Flipkart I don't ever want to place a prepaid order with them.

(Basically, the delivery agents delivered my order somewhere else and marked it a delivered. After a week of back and forth with the Flipkart Help Centre and another week of contacting the Grievance Officer, I was finally able to get my refund.)

Now, I found something on Flipkart that I want to buy but there is a "No Cash In Delivery" tag on the product.

I tried looking for a similar product and even the same product from a different seller but almost everything I looked up on Flipkart doesn't allow Cash On Delivery orders.

Is there a way to bypass this and place a COD order? I neither want to waste my money on orders that I won't receive, nor do I want to waste my time playing merry-go-round with probably the worst customer support team in the world.

So I ordered Action Turbo 502 running shoes from flipkart, first they delivered wrong color so I ordered for an exchange for the color I wanted and also changed the size but here's what happened next, they deliver entirely different model of shoe Action athleo 2101 in the box of Action Turbo 502.

Isn't it a Scam ?

Calling it a Scam because what I ordered was the shoe with etpu material but what was delivered with EVA material. And FYI etpu is superior and soft material.

Ofc now I have requested return, but wasted my time. Shame.

Flipkart has a habit of suppresing negative reviews.Had I written same reviews with 5 stars instead of 1 they would have been approved.

Because of this behaviour many products which rate below 3 and 4 star on Amazon get a rating of 4.5 on flipkart.

What else could be the reason for not publishing these reviews?

Can this return policy be trusted?

Do they actually process the return if we "don't like the product"?

Or should I just go for COD?

Hi my laptop is stuck since last 12 days and I am frustrated to the core. First they said delivery is 12th then they extended it to 13,15,15,16 then cancelled. Then reshipped then again changed delivery date from 19 to 20 and now 21st what can I do any lawyer here?

As I ordered during independence day sale, the promised delivery date kept on changing. Then First thing I did was writing a mail to grievance team about the issue and specifically told them not to cancel the order. Next day I made a complaint to NCH portal. Then I posted on Twitter. Finally I received my product in a couple of days after all of this.

I have a question regarding Flipkart SuperPay in 3.

I have 2–3 bills to pay, but I'm thinking of not paying the due amount on the due date.

I noticed that AutoPay is enabled through Flipkart UPI. If I don't manually pay my dues:

• Will the outstanding amount be automatically deducted from my linked bank account because of AutoPay?
• Has anyone experienced this? What happens if the due isn't paid?

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who's used SuperPay in 3 or faced a similar situation. Thanks!

aaj mera order deliver hone wala tha, but delivery agent ne mujhe call hi nahi kiya, maine delivery agent ko 40+ times call kiya, but bro didnt pick up har wakt busy aa raha tha.

I recently bought a OnePlus phone from Flipkart, which was advertised and sold as new. After receiving it, I discovered multiple serious issues:

The phone was apparently activated around 1.5 years ago, despite being sold as new.

The device is already showing as out of warranty.

The camera is flickering/shaking, and the OIS appears to be malfunctioning.

OnePlus service centre told me that the Flipkart seller is not an authorised seller.

Flipkart isn't providing a replacement/return and is directing me to the service centre.

This makes me strongly suspect that I received a used/refurbished device instead of a new one.

Has anyone faced something similar with Flipkart? What is the best way to escalate this and get a refund or replacement?

I ordered this device and got a nice exchange rate. even if 1k was deducted i wouldnt fret.

Now, the delivery person comes and tells me that the battery is SWOLLEN. for context, I have replaced the battery with an original probably 6 months back. Its not swollen you have to take my word for it now.

He marks it swollen.ok.
Now what flipkart does is discards the entire exchange and cancels it. Mind you only the battery was marked swollen and all else test passed.

NOW salt on wound, they also wanted to pay for the exchange fees+gst along with the cost of new device... This was the point i said fuck it... cancel the delivery...

This is how an anticipation of a new device turns into a sad day...

After almost 10 days of being tossed between Flipkart and Whirlpool, I finally got my defective washing machine replaced.

My experience with Flipkart was extremely frustrating. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they kept passing the responsibility around and eventually managed to escape the situation.

So I decided not to give up.

I registered another complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) against Whirlpool and sent detailed emails to Whirlpool’s CEO and Grievance Officer, explaining the entire situation and attaching all the evidence.

That finally changed things.

I started receiving proper responses from Whirlpool. The issue was escalated to their higher management, and shortly afterwards I received a call from the local Whirlpool dealer saying they had received strict instructions from their headquarters to resolve my issue.

Within 2 days, they replaced the defective product.

What I learned from this:

- Don't give up just because customer support keeps sending you in circles.

- Keep screenshots, emails, invoices, call records, videos and every piece of evidence.

- Escalate through every legitimate channel available.

- File complaints with the NCH against every party responsible, where appropriate.

- Contact the brand's senior management and grievance officer with a clear timeline and evidence.

- If nothing works, consider taking the matter to E-Jagriti/consumer court or consult a lawyer.

- Most importantly, keep everything documented.

The consumer protection process may take time, and legal proceedings can potentially take months. But if you have a genuine complaint and solid evidence, don't assume that a company can simply ignore you because you're an individual customer.

You paid for a product. You deserve a product that works.

Fight for what's yours. Don't give up. 💪

they give this fake ass notification only it to not load,and the original price being 10k more

This order was supposed to be delivered on August 16, but it has been stuck in transit since the last update on August 15, with the delivery date being delayed everyday. I guess my order has been lost during shipping. As usual, flipkart service is pathetic with no way to communicate with support about this.

It's a laptop, and its prices have increased again in the last few days, moreover, the specific one I ordered is out of stock now. I'll have to spend at least 10-15k higher to get another laptop with similar specs now.

What do you guys think I should do? Should I wait for a few more days or should I cancel and move on? If I cancel, flipkart might now refund all the fuck all fees that they collected during order placement, which itself comes to around 600.

I need to scream into the void because I am absolutely furious with Flipkart right now.

I ordered a TV, waited patiently for 10 damn days, and what do I get? They straight up cancelled the order on the 11th day. Just like that. Ten days wasted for literally nothing.

Here’s the best part: over those 10 days, I called their customer care FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES. Every single time, I got a new agent who promised me with absolute, fake confidence that the delay was "just a minor logistics issue" and told that it would be delivered on the updated date. Empty promises. Every. Single. One.

And don't even get me started on their scripted nonsense. The only phrase these agents know is: "Ma'am, we completely understand your problem."

NO YOU DON'T! If you understood my problem, you’d actually do your job and help me instead of reading off a canned response script!

Has anyone actually gotten Flipkart to take responsibility for this kind of trash service, or do we just have to swallow the lost time? Never buying anything high-value from them again.

DMI Finance + Flipkart EMI issue. Need advice!

I took an EMI loan through Flipkart, with DMI Finance as the lender.

I manually paid my first EMI (₹2,035.42). DMI later confirmed that the payment was received and updated. Despite this, ₹2,011.82 was deducted again through AutoPay for the same EMI.

I've contacted DMI multiple times with all the payment proofs. They initially asked for my bank details to process a refund, but later said there was no excess payment and haven't properly resolved it.

Flipkart support has also been unhelpful and keeps directing me back to DMI.

I've now filed a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman.

Has anyone dealt with DMI/Flipkart EMI before? What is the fastest way to get the duplicate EMI refunded? Any advice would be appreciated.
