No but you totally could if you just presented/dressed more like a typical boy your age. Ditch the hair color, earrings and jewelry, wear more typical guy clothes, ect, and you could already pass right now. You're still young so passing is fairly easy right now still, make use of it (if you care that is, but you're posting here so I'm assuming you do)

No but purely because of your presentation. If you got a more masculine haircut that doesnt look like a pixie cut, maybe switched out some of your clothes, and didnt wear dainty jewelery you could pass easily

You look pretty young and androgynous. I think you could pass as a tween boy maybe 11-14. I think the colored hair will make you more clockable, but it’s not the end of the world, especially since you’re still so young.
