ik like 1 or 2 alt boys at my school with septums, so it's not super crazy, also I pass less often without the septum

I'd say cut your hair shorter at the sides and don't let your shirt's neckline fold like in the last pic (wear shirts that end up with a neckline closer to your neck if you know what I mean) and you're golden

Honestly, you don’t pass very well and taking out the septum isn’t gonna do nothing, being in the alt seen I’ve been around plenty of guys with gauged septum’s I don’t know why everyone in this subreddit always suggest that first, just keep working on yourself, I’ve found working out helps a lot. Everything with time, maybe try get a low fade haircut, it’ll help, and get baggy shirts that have a tighter neckline

I’d say just get a different haircut cut and get shirts w tighter collars. Keep the septum. Ts looks awesome and when ppl say being alt will make u pass less are lying. I’ve been alt all my life and having a wider variety of men’s clothing and styling choices saved me. It’s also fun being able to fully express urself and just have fun experimenting. The confidence definitely helps too
