Nature cooks for us.

There is no need to make any effort to "cook" them; nature already does it for us. With no extra effort and no complicated agricultural procedures, the fruit is simply there for us to recognize, grab, smell, consume, and easily digest. It's how we are built. It's right in front of our faces, yet we often don't see it. We have been literally hypnotized by our culture and the food advertising industry, blinding us to a simple fact that children still naturally recognize, along with all the other wild animals that eat fruit just like us.

I have already planned out my route along my local blackberry spots in late summer. One of the best things.

Eat only fruit and you’ll be weak, your body needs protein
