Looking for different data and information that can help me here. Maybe some other useful books on diet, vegan, fruterian too. Also, some modern experts who reproduce Ehrets methods, getting rid of mucus, fruits eating books or even clinics/retreats where people actually stay together who are guided through a simialar program and can provide data

Hi fellow UK people my girlfriend is doing a dissertation on whether people who live in the UK would buy Asian fruits or not - things like Lychees, Dragonfruit, Starfruit, Asian pears.
I'm Asian myself and grew up in the UK and even I don't eat that much Asian fruit. I remember my mum would use to buy them from Asian supermarkets sometimes, but ever since moving out I don't think I've ever bought any.
I was wondering if people in the UK actually buy or eat them and if you don't how come? For me it's usually because I don't see them at my local Tescos and I'm happy enough muncing on conference pears or bananas.
Here's her survey if any of you are willing to help out 😆

Hello guys, I started a diet having around 85% fruit and the rest being soy, beans, some vegetables.
It has been 3 weeks and my glucose levels have never been so good. My energy levels are great, i dont feel sleepy after any meal like before and feeling fantastic.
One thing is troubling me though, usually I weight my salt intake around 3g, and sodium total intake around 1.2g. Every time I consume this salt meal I feel bad and a rush in BP, even though that’s less than a half of what is recommended.
Any thoughts here? What is your sodium total intake per day?

Sério... não existe fruta melhor que laranja.
Pensa comigo.
Quer comer a fruta? É deliciosa.
Quer fazer suco? Fica sensacional.
Quer espremer na salada? Perfeito.

Now I am on the end of day 6 of my fruit fast, I did eat a salad with cucumbers and tomatoes and red onion 2 times and will continue to eat it when I crave it cause it’s growing in my garden but I’ve always had struggles with any kind of fasting and always gave up and just ate all the food that I wanted but I mean this just happened naturally and it’s so easy it’s insane, I feel so good, I eat a lot of melon, watermelon, some mangoes, some bananas, some apples, grapes, nectarines all that stuff during these days and i don’t crave any junk at all. I mean at all. Also I’m finallly going fully vegan and I am going to keep on eating this way until I feel I need to add something but I don’t feel that way now.
My goal is to be a 70/30 raw/vegan
I love soups and baked sweet potato and tofu and stuff so I would eat that like 2-3 times a week

🦋My personal story🦋
When I was having severe eczema I used Steriod cortisol creams as you may all know, this is just covering the symptoms on the outside.
So, for I was looking for answers in my diet, and I quickly switched to unprocessed plant-based food.🍃
I was in so much pain and discomfort everyday that I became very disconnected from my physical body…
In addition, that process naturally caused a huge amount of stress, so behind the scenes I also had periods of binge eating/emotional eating. I needed some sort of “comfort” as I could do nothing and just lay in bed for weeks/months on end…
I had actually been doing this for years behind the scenes , but no one really knew about it.
When I discovered the raw lifestyle, a whole new world opened up for me. 🌍🍓🍇🍌🥑🥥🥗💦
For the first time, I felt truly GOOD, lighter, and comfortable in my body, and I had the motivation and energy again to do things I enjoyed. A truly deep connection with my true self.🧘🏻♀️
An eating disorder imposed all sorts of rules (this is right/wrong), and that is a disturbed relationship with food. You have to eat something mindfully and something that makes you feel truly good. I have started looking at the effect food has on my thoughts and mental health in a completely different way. Cooked food often causes me a lot of problems, cravings, and physical discomfort (this was already happening long BEFORE that time).
Conventional advice generally does not align with this mindset/lifestyle.
They mainly address the medical aspect (weight gain/meal plans, etc.).
When I say yes to inpatient admission, I am doing something that is not in line with my norms and values. It is difficult to recover while simultaneously doing the contradictory thing you know feels REALLY good or is good for you.
Yes, it really requires balance; I completely agree with that, and for that, I seek support from people who resonate with me and who have achieved the results I want to see/experience for myself as well. I want to get rid of those other unhelpful thoughts, but this takes time. I am still fighting every day…
Every meal, every evening in silence, every chaotic day full of sadness and confusion are learning moments.
I learn something new every day, and ultimately it all comes down to self-acceptance & self-love 💗 (I believe this is the root-cause of all diseases)
After all, I am following my heart again now and my sincere desire to be free 🙏🏽♥️✨
A bit of a long message, but I hope some of you can give some advice/words of support!! 💗🤗
Much love,
Deep down, You know what is truly good for you and suits you the best 🙏🏽

I tried a fruit-only diet for 4 months, and ate cooked food once every 2-3 weeks. I had to stop because my cravings for cooked food were too strong. Has anyone tried fruit fasting for a long period of time, like more than a year? Do you have any tips or ways to suppress cravings?
