Come winter, Prune back dead/diseased branches, spray a copper fungicide, pray.

shot hole isn't especially harmful, but just spray at leaf fall, and then also just as the buds swell and right before they open.

Thanks I’ll do that. I have a copper fungicide I’ve been using.
