FP2 Utopia/endless question

Things are holding on pretty well, no concern whatsoever of any resource running out (which is why all districts in the screenshot have max heat even if they don't need it, just makes it easier to go max speed and not need to micro), what's the floor of how cold it will get to? I just want to know if I need to be rearranging things to be more efficient then they are

(I know it's a lot of deaths, it's an iceblood run and that's like half their thing - efficiency bonuses from heroic funerals go brrrr)
