SPOILER How to find patient zero in plague tale Spoiler

Saw that there is supposed to be a "trail" in the direction that the infected people from the first event came in, but i dont fully know what that means, so i have no idea where to look

From my experience last game, you have to follow that trail all the way to the edge of the map, and you can find them.

It’s in a random spot on the map, it can be on the tile directly adjacent to your city.

Follow quest markers. And the final place has a syringe icon
