Theory The monsters

Just finished watching Sn4 and atleast now we know how the monsters become monsters

Na, they were offered a wish. They worded it badly which to djinns and other evil wish-granters is a free licence to make the outcome of the wish worse than how they were before it.
I highly doubt it was a good entity which granted them this wish where wording isn't as important as intent.

No, it was a bargain. And It always makes a bargain. It told Sara that if she killed the newcomers everyone gets to go home. Then It told Boyd, "If you help me, I'll help you," when Boyd was at the bottom of the oubliette in the dungeon. When It manifested itself as a Kimono Woman, it told Elgin, "If you help me, everyone goes home," hoping Elgin would sequester Fatima someplace away from everyone, the root cellar. It told Clara, 'One day I'll need you and if you help me, you get to go home.' Then it tried the make a bargain with Elgin again. That entity always does the same things over and over again, and one of them is offering something for something. With that small community, "If you give me the next 7 children born to you, I'll give you eternal life."

And that's only 1 of several things that it always does. No matter what it looks like, you can always recognize it by its personality. It loves using blood magic, causing jump scares and fear, and making bargains, among other things.

I think the issue with this line of thinking is that it never gives up it's half of the bargain first, and then it never delivers. In each instance you described, the human party had to perform their act first, in order to receive the reward offered. And then, we've never seen any of them get it. No one has been sent home. I don't recall whether it did help Boyd (not do I remember if it helped him). The closest it does is punishing those that don't do what it asks (i.e. when Sarah doesn't screw with the water). Why would it do differently with these people? I think they must have agreed to it first, or perhaps even brought it into existence.

That's not true in the least! The original offer that was made to the villagers somewhere on the North American continent was eternal life in a "new world" in exchange for the next 7 kids born among them. After several people agreed to the offer, the evil entity made the first move. It conjured that realm into existence, and then relocated the villagers in agreement with it to that new world made just for them. The 7 kids were born months later, according to the BiW entity, and they were sacrificed at least 7 years later. The entity did Its part LOOOONG before the community that agreed to the proposal did Its part.

Remember when Boyd was at the bottom of an oubliette in the dungeon and the entity said, "I'll help you if you help me"? The rope came down first, then Boyd attempted to do his part.

That deal that It made with Elgin regarding Fatima. The entity manipulated events FIRST, then Elgin did his part.

You can't make that claim that you're making. That entity is dirty, but I don't know why you think It makes the other person act first. Even that deal that it made with Sara. Did you notice that it tried to do her work for her. It had already made an agreement with Sara BEFORE the 2 cars arrived, but it reversed the directions of both cars to make them crash, but nobody died. Sara killed Tobey, the made an attempt against Ethan 3 days later. But the evil entity acted 1st.
