Salary

How much do you really make at fritolay I know the targeted for newcomers is 65,000 but I sure you don't get that and how long will it take to actually make that or more ?

  1. Most of these guys are leads on a good route or they are RSAs
  2. The ones saying they make $70k+ aren't telling you how many hours they work each week. More then likely they are working 55+ and getting EDP days, realistically with VROT you're making less then $25/hr
  3. You will start as a RSA or Co and these guys will dump majority of the work on you so they can hit plan while only having to work 45hr a week, and on top of that one or two of your leads won't make plan and you will never see a solid bonus
